Bloom Psych operates an informational website providing details about our psychiatric practice, clinical staff, services offered, and how prospective and current patients can engage with our practice. Through the Site, you may be able to:

• Submit contact and inquiry forms to request information or schedule an initial consultation
• Access general health and wellness content published for informational purposes

A physician-patient relationship is only established after you have completed our intake process, been accepted as a patient, and had your first clinical consultation with a licensed provider.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
